About Neal and Brownlee
Jeff C Neal
Jeff Neal was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but was not born into a hunting family. Jeff grew up with a love for the outdoors and learned about hunting big game both at home and abroad through visiting a local outdoor store as a boy. Jeff went on his first big game hunt, an Alaskan Brown Bear, at the age of 18 and was immediately hooked. In an attempt to get back to Alaska for another hunt, Jeff booked some clients to go with the outfitter he hunted with, basically starting a business by accident. When he was in his early 20’s, Jeff moved to Wyoming and continued arranging hunting trips for a growing client base and kicked-off his quest to take all of the North American big game animals into high gear.
Jeff became the youngest hunter to ever complete taking all of the North American big game animals when he was just 27 years old, which included Polar Bear and Jaguar at the time. He went on to complete the African 29, the Big 5, the Spiral Horns of Africa just to name a few, and has big game hunted on 5 continents. Starting with just an Alaskan Brown Bear hunt, Neal and Brownlee, LLC now arranges big game hunts on 6 continents.
It was through personal experience, both good and not so good, that he found the quality hunts that he represents today. Jeff has hunted with most of the outfitters his company represents, and is undoubtedly one of the most experienced booking agents in the industry, logging well over 100 international hunting trips to date. Jeff lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma where his agency is located and continues to seek out new areas and countries for his clients to hunt.
Greg Brownlee
Greg Brownlee was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and, like most young hunters who grew up in the United States, began hunting Whitetail Deer with his father at a young age. Greg’s love for the outdoors continued to grow throughout his childhood and his hunting ventures began taking him further and further from home. Meeting Jeff Neal through his father at a young age further fueled Greg’s desire to hunt big game internationally, and when Greg graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Management and Marketing he joined Jeff’s staff full time.
Beginning his international hunting career in Namibia with a plains game hunt over a decade ago, Greg has since made nearly two-dozen international trips to Africa, Asia, the South Pacific, North and South America and hunted multiple states in the Lower 48 and Alaska. Gaining on the ground, up to date knowledge of the hunts we offer and creating new and unique offerings has been Greg’s mission for the past several years. A relative “youngster” in the industry, his attention to detail and aspirations to continue to offer the finest hunts in the world is what sets him apart from competition. Greg has worked with Jeff since 2007 and became part owner of the newly re-branded “Neal and Brownlee, LLC” in 2015. Since 2015, his role in the company has continued to grow, and is now the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
Trey Sperring
Trey Sperring was raised in the greater Houston, Texas area where he picked up a palpable passion for hunting at a young age by hunting Whitetails with his father and brother on their low-fence family ranch in Central Texas. Trey excelled in sports, eventually playing baseball for the University of Oklahoma. After college, Trey got his start in the professional world by moving back to Houston and getting a job in the energy sector where he excelled, though his passion was always rooted in the outdoors. Trey started his relationship with Jeff and Greg as a client, hunting regularly in the west for Mule Deer and Whitetails. As Jeff and Greg gained more insight into Trey’s life, they were impressed with his work ethic and hired him as a consultant in August 2015. Due to his incredible drive and passion for the company’s values, Trey signed on as a Partner of Neal and Brownlee, LLC beginning in 2020.
Trey’s attention to detail and organization skills are unmatched. His knowledge of hunting around the globe is expanding constantly, as he has now hunted on every huntable continent and has experienced some of the world’s most renowned hunts. Trey and his family reside southwest of Fort Worth in Cleburne, Texas, while working out of our satellite office there.
Parker Boswell
Parker Boswell was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma where from a young age he developed a passion for the great outdoors. Spending most of his free time either hunting Whitetails with his father or fly fishing with his uncle, Parker’s passion continued to grow until he took his first job at the age of ten working for a local hunting guide. Parker guided hunts across Oklahoma throughout his high school career until he graduated in 2016. Within a week of graduating, he loaded up his truck and headed for Montana to begin a new adventure as a fly-fishing guide. Parker spent the next eight years as a big game, waterfowl, and fly-fishing guide, moving with the seasons between Montana, Alaska, Oklahoma, and Florida. In Alaska, Parker grew fond of aviation and eventually went on to secure a commercial pilot license. He spent the last two years of his guiding career working summers in Alaska as a guide and seaplane pilot, and the rest of the year completing his degree at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
Parker and Greg connected through mutual friends in the Tulsa hunting and fishing community in 2020, and in 2023 Parker was hired as a consultant to expand the fishing side of the company.
Kylar Robertson
Kylar Robertson was raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. His adventures in the outdoors began at a very young age hunting almost everything his home state had to offer. After completing his collegiate baseball career at Southeast Missouri State University, he took his athletic background and began working in the fitness industry. This is where he met Jeff Neal and after sharing many hunting stories, Jeff knew Kylar had a passion for the outdoors and brought him on as a full time employee in 2020. Kylar is a key component of our daily communication with clients and outfitters. He plays a pivotal role in the important administrative duties associated with our clients’ adventures such as visa applications, firearm permits, CITES import applications, and much more.
Starting in 1975, Jeff Neal was only offering hunts in North America. For over 45 years, Neal and Brownlee, LLC offers hunts across six continents and 100 destinations.

I just returned from hunting Central Barren Ground Caribou in Nunavut. It was the hunt of a lifetime! Everything from start to finish was first class. Neal and Brownlee made the logistics of the hunt as easy as it could possibly be. They prepare you for international travel with a firearm, send you all the necessary forms for going through customs ahead of time so that you can streamline the process and take the stress out of travel. We were set up with an outfitter that has world class animals in a hunting area that is second to none. Camp was comfortable and the outfitter makes you feel very welcomed. The other hunters in camp that Neal & Brownlee had booked were a great group of guys. I could not have asked for better companions for the week. I, as well as five of the other hunters, was fortunate enough to harvest a Boone & Crockett class animal. The number of animals we saw while hunting was phenomenal and made the hikes very enjoyable. Trey Sperring, with Neal and Brownlee, accompanied us on the hunt and was extremely helpful. He tended to the wants and needs of his clients and made the hunt as enjoyable an experience as he could. The trip was one for the books and was an experience that I will never forget.
