A Message From The Team

2025 was a whirlwind for our business. We had more hunters in the field than ever in the 50-year history of the company, built a new office showroom, and had a major shift in the leadership roles in the company. After being the foundation of our company for 50 years, Jeff Neal decided it was time to pass the torch to the next generation and step down as President of the company in the fourth quarter of 2025. Poetically, his decision was nearly 50 years to the day that he took his first step toward starting the company on a Brown Bear hunt in October 1975. Greg Brownlee took over as President and Managing Partner of the company, with Trey Sperring upping his ownership interest and stepping into the Vice President role. Jeff inspired all of us at Neal and Brownlee to follow in his footsteps, and trusts us to carry the dream he started in 1975 for the decades to come. Our commitment to providing quality hunts and expeditions around the globe while sticking to a bespoke service-based approach has never been stronger, and we are charged and excited for what lies ahead of us these coming years.
